Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the refund and cancellation rules, eligibility requirements, first-task condition, service-cost deductions, payment verification, and request process in clear language. Users should review all 25 policy points before paying, starting training, submitting work, cancelling participation, or requesting a refund so they understand what evidence, deadlines, and actions may be required.

Refund Policy VERIFIED
Eligibility Check

Eligibility is confirmed by checking the official payment record, training status, first-task assignment, genuine task submission, request deadline, and supporting information.

20%
For a standard approved refund, 20% of the original registration payment is retained for training, onboarding, support, task assignment, administration, and other services already delivered.
80%
After the standard 20% service-cost deduction, an eligible user normally receives 80% of the original registration payment, subject to any separate non-refundable payment-provider charges.
3 Days
The refund request must be received through an official support channel within 3 working days after the recorded submission of the first assigned task.
7 Days
A complete, eligible, and approved request may take up to 7 working days for Company review and processing; third-party settlement time may be additional.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Open each policy point to review the rule, the reason behind it, the user’s responsibility, the evidence that may be checked, and the practical meaning of the requirement before submitting a payment or refund request.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the rules that apply to payments made for registration plans, training, digital access, guidance, and work-assignment services provided by Online Jobs Provider.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that every user clearly understands:
• When a refund may be requested.
• What conditions must be completed before becoming eligible.
• How much of the original payment may be refunded.
• Which charges may be deducted.
• How long the refund review and processing may take.
• Which circumstances are not eligible for a refund.

Users are encouraged to read this policy carefully before selecting a plan or submitting a payment.

Practical Explanation:
This section is the starting point for understanding the complete policy. A refund is not based only on a user asking to cancel; it depends on specific actions, deadlines, and evidence. Before paying, the user should confirm the selected plan, understand that the service is digital, save the official price and payment instructions, and keep the transaction receipt. Before requesting a refund, the user should check whether training was completed, the first assigned task was genuinely submitted, and the request is still within the allowed period.
Effective Date: 14 August 2015

Last Updated: 1 January 2019

This policy becomes effective from the date it is published on the Online Jobs Provider website.

By purchasing a selected registration plan, completing payment, starting the training process, receiving a work assignment, or using any related digital service, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The version of the policy available at the time of the user’s payment will normally apply to that transaction, unless a different requirement is imposed by applicable law.

Practical Explanation:
The effective date identifies when these rules begin to apply, while the last-updated date shows when the wording was most recently revised. Acceptance can occur through actions such as paying, joining training, receiving a task, or using the service; a separate signature is not always required. Users should keep a copy or screenshot of the policy and payment terms available at the time of purchase. This creates a clear record of which version normally applies to the transaction.
For the purpose of this policy, the terms “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Online Jobs Provider” refer to Online Jobs Provider.

Business Address: Freelancing Plaza, Defence Phase 8, Islamabad, Pakistan — 44000

Online Jobs Provider provides registration-plan access to online work-related services, which may include:
• Digital training.
• Work guidance.
• Onboarding support.
• Platform access.
• Work-related instructions.
• Available task assignments.
• Project-related communication.

The one-time registration fee is charged for the services, resources, training, support, and access made available under the selected plan.

Practical Explanation:
This section clarifies who is responsible for the registration-plan service and what the one-time registration fee represents. The fee is paid to Online Jobs Provider for access, resources, training, guidance, support, coordination, and available task opportunities. It is not automatically a salary, wage deposit, security deposit, investment, or direct purchase of guaranteed earnings. Users should communicate and pay only through Company channels that can be officially verified.
This policy applies to registration-plan and digital service payments made directly to Online Jobs Provider through an officially provided payment method.

The policy may apply to services related to the following work categories:
• Typing work.
• Data entry.
• Handwriting assignments.
• Form-filling work.
• Copy-Paste work.
• Phone-based work.
• Other online work categories made available by the Company.

This policy applies only to the user’s registration-plan or service-access payment.

It does not apply to:
• Earnings generated from completed tasks.
• Worker payments for approved work.
• Client project payments.
• Incentives, rewards, or performance-based amounts.
• Payments made to an unauthorized third party.

Practical Explanation:
The policy covers the user’s payment for a registration plan or digital service purchased directly from the Company. It does not decide whether a completed task earns payment, whether a client approves work, or how incentives are calculated. Those matters may be governed by separate task, quality, client, or worker-payment rules. A payment made to an unofficial person or account may fall outside this policy because the Company may be unable to verify or recover that transaction.
The services provided by Online Jobs Provider are digital in nature. No physical product is delivered as part of the selected registration plan.

Depending on the selected plan and available services, digital delivery may include:
• Training instructions.
• Work-related guidance.
• Onboarding assistance.
• Task procedures.
• Submission instructions.
• Platform or resource access.
• Communication through Live Support Team, email, website, or another available official channel.
• Assignment of available work.

Company time, staff support, operational resources, training resources, and project-management resources may be used before and after a task is assigned.

For this reason, a portion of the payment is treated as a service cost after the service process has started.

Practical Explanation:
Digital service delivery may begin before the user earns from or completes a task. Staff may verify payment, add the user to a communication channel, provide instructions, answer questions, prepare access, coordinate a project, and assign work. These activities consume time and operational resources even when no physical item is shipped. The service-cost deduction reflects the part of the digital service already delivered before an approved refund request is made.
Online Jobs Provider operates through one-time registration plans.

The user selects an available plan and submits the required one-time payment. After payment verification, the user may be added to the relevant training, guidance, onboarding, and work-assignment process.

The one-time registration fee is not a payment for one guaranteed task or one guaranteed earning amount.

The fee may cover access to:
• Training resources.
• Work instructions.
• Support services.
• Operational assistance.
• Platform-related services.
• Available work-assignment opportunities.
• Project coordination.

Purchasing a registration plan does not create an employer-employee relationship unless a separate written agreement specifically states otherwise.

Practical Explanation:
The selected registration plan gives access to a service process and available opportunities; it does not purchase a guaranteed job result. The number, type, timing, and approval of tasks can depend on client demand, project capacity, user suitability, and quality requirements. Unless a separate written employment agreement exists, the registration plan itself does not create employment, fixed working hours, employee benefits, or a guaranteed salary relationship.
Each selected registration plan requires a one-time payment only.

Online Jobs Provider does not automatically renew the user’s registration plan and does not automatically charge the user on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or recurring basis.

Without a new and voluntary purchase by the user:
• No recurring payment will be charged.
• No automatic renewal will take place.
• No registration fee will be deducted again.
• No hidden recurring billing will apply.

If the user later chooses to purchase another service or plan, that purchase will be treated as a separate transaction.

Practical Explanation:
The Company will not charge the same registration plan again merely because time has passed. Any later purchase must result from a new voluntary decision by the user and will be recorded as a separate transaction. Users should still review the payment screen or official instructions before every payment and keep the receipt. A duplicate payment should be reported promptly under the separate duplicate-payment review process.
Registration fees may change from time to time due to operational requirements, service improvements, market conditions, project requirements, promotional campaigns, or changes in service costs.

The user will be charged the price displayed or officially communicated at the time of payment.

After a payment has been completed:
• A future price increase will not create an additional charge for the existing purchase.
• A future price reduction will not automatically create a refund or price adjustment.
• A future discount or promotion will not be applied retroactively.
• The original transaction will remain based on the price accepted by the user at the time of payment.

Users should confirm the final payable amount before submitting a payment.

Practical Explanation:
The price accepted at the time of payment controls that purchase. If the price later increases, the existing user is not automatically charged the difference. If the price later decreases or a promotion is announced, the earlier transaction does not automatically receive a partial refund. This prevents both retroactive charges and retroactive discounts. The user should confirm the final amount, plan name, included services, and official recipient account before sending payment.
Where a selected plan includes continuing access, the term refers to the operational life of the relevant Online Jobs Provider platform or service.

Continuing plan access means that the user may continue to access the relevant purchased service for as long as:
• Online Jobs Provider remains operational.
• The relevant platform continues to exist.
• The purchased service continues to be offered.
• The user continues to comply with applicable rules and policies.

Continuing plan access does not mean:
• Access for the user’s entire natural lifetime under every circumstance.
• Guaranteed permanent operation of the platform.
• Guaranteed daily or continuous work.
• Guaranteed availability of every feature.
• Guaranteed availability of a specific work category.
• Guaranteed income or earnings.

The Company may reasonably update, replace, improve, suspend, or discontinue certain features due to operational, technical, legal, security, or business requirements.

Practical Explanation:
“Lifetime” is a service-duration description, not an unconditional promise that every feature, category, or platform will operate forever. Access may continue while the relevant service exists and the user follows the rules. Features can change because of technology, security, law, client requirements, or business operations. Continuing plan access also does not create a promise of daily assignments, fixed earnings, continuous support availability, or permanent access after serious policy violations.
A registration-plan purchase does not guarantee permanent employment, a fixed salary, a fixed number of tasks, or a specific earning amount.

Work availability may depend on factors including:
• Projects received from clients or agencies.
• Availability of work in the user’s selected category.
• Project deadlines.
• Task requirements.
• User capability.
• Quality standards.
• Client requirements.
• Operational capacity.
• Market demand.

Online Jobs Provider does not guarantee:
• Daily work.
• Continuous work.
• A fixed monthly income.
• A minimum number of tasks.
• A specific earning level.
• Approval of every submitted task.
• Availability of every work category at all times.

Low work availability, unmet personal earning expectations, or dissatisfaction with expected income will not independently create refund eligibility.

Practical Explanation:
A registration plan may provide access to opportunities, but actual work depends on external and operational conditions. For example, a category may temporarily have fewer client projects, a task may require a specific skill level, or a submission may not meet quality standards. Personal income expectations are therefore not a guaranteed service outcome. A refund request must satisfy the stated policy conditions and cannot be based only on expecting more work or higher earnings.
After payment verification, the user may be enrolled in the Company’s training and onboarding process.

The training process is intended to help the user understand:
• How assigned work should be completed.
• How task instructions should be followed.
• How completed work should be submitted.
• Which quality requirements may apply.
• Which deadlines may apply.
• How official support channels may be used.
• How project communication should be handled.

The user is responsible for carefully reviewing the provided instructions and requesting clarification through an available official support channel when necessary.

Receiving training alone does not complete the standard refund eligibility requirement. The user must also complete and submit at least one assigned task.

Practical Explanation:
The user should read all instructions, retain the training material where permitted, ask questions before the deadline, and use only official support channels for clarification. Training helps the user understand how to perform and submit work, but attending training by itself does not activate the standard refund review. The next required step is to receive, genuinely attempt, and submit the first assigned task. Ignoring instructions without seeking clarification may affect both task handling and refund verification.
For the purpose of this policy, the service process will be considered activated when the following stages have occurred:

1. The user’s payment has been received and verified.
2. The user has been provided with the applicable training or onboarding process.
3. The user has been assigned the first available task after training.

Payment alone does not necessarily mean that the complete service-delivery process has been performed.

However, once training has been provided and the first task has been assigned, the Company will be considered to have started delivering the purchased digital service.

Task assignments may be provided through:
• Live Support Team.
• Email.
• Website support.
• Website dashboard.
• Another officially communicated channel.

Practical Explanation:
Activation is based on a sequence rather than payment alone. Payment verification confirms the transaction, training begins delivery of knowledge and support, and the first assignment begins delivery of the work-opportunity component. The Company may use timestamps, messages, emails, dashboard records, or support logs to confirm these stages. Users should keep access to those records because they can help establish when training, assignment, and submission occurred.
After the training process, Online Jobs Provider may assign the user a first task according to:
• The selected work category.
• Available client work.
• The user’s training.
• Project requirements.
• Workload availability.
• Operational suitability.

The task may include relevant instructions, submission requirements, deadlines, formatting rules, or quality expectations.

The user is responsible for:
• Reviewing the task instructions.
• Asking for clarification where required.
• Making a genuine attempt to complete the task.
• Following the provided format.
• Submitting the completed work through the instructed channel.

Assignment of the first task is an important part of the digital service-delivery process.

Practical Explanation:
The first task may not be identical for every user because assignments depend on available work and operational suitability. The user should review the full brief, deadline, file format, quality standard, and submission channel before starting. Where an instruction is unclear, the user should ask for clarification instead of intentionally submitting unusable work. A genuine attempt means the submission reasonably follows the provided task and is not merely a placeholder created to unlock a refund request.
For this policy, a task will be considered submitted when the user sends the completed assigned work through the official or instructed submission channel.

Refund eligibility does not require the first submitted task to be approved by the Company or the client.

This means:
• The task must be genuinely completed and submitted.
• Client approval is not required.
• Final quality approval is not required.
• Earnings from the task do not need to be received first.
• A client response does not need to be received first.

However, the following may not be treated as a valid task submission:
• A blank file.
• An empty message.
• Intentionally incorrect work.
• Clearly incomplete work.
• Unrelated material.
• A submission made only to bypass the refund requirements.
• Work that substantially ignores the provided instructions without a reasonable explanation.

The submission date and time may be verified through the available communication or support record.

Practical Explanation:
A valid submission is determined by both delivery and substance. The work must reach the instructed channel and must show a reasonable attempt to complete the assigned task. Approval, earnings, or a client reply are not required before requesting a refund, but a blank, irrelevant, deliberately defective, or obviously incomplete file may be rejected as invalid. Users should preserve the sent message, file name, email, ticket, or dashboard timestamp as evidence of the submission date.
To become eligible for a standard refund review, the user must complete and submit at least one assigned task after receiving training.

Submitting one assigned task is a mandatory condition.

A user will not normally qualify for a standard refund review where the user:
• Receives training but refuses to attempt the assigned task.
• Receives a task but does not submit it.
• Stops participating before submitting the first task.
• Changes their mind without completing the required service process.
• Requests a refund before making a genuine first-task submission.

This requirement protects active client projects, reduces incomplete work, prevents project disruption, and helps prevent misuse of the refund process.

The refund-request period begins only after the first assigned task has been submitted.

Practical Explanation:
This is a gateway condition for the standard refund process. The user must first participate in the service sufficiently to complete training, receive work, and submit one genuine task. The rule prevents users from consuming onboarding resources and immediately requesting a refund without attempting the service. It also establishes a clear starting point for the 3-working-day request window. A request made before valid submission will normally be premature and ineligible.
After submitting the first assigned task, the user may submit a refund request within three working days.

The three-working-day period begins after the recorded submission of the first assigned task.

A working day means a day on which the Company’s relevant support and refund-review operations are open. Officially observed holidays and other non-operational days will not normally be counted as working days.

A refund request received after the three-working-day period may be rejected unless:
• A delay was directly caused by a verified issue on the Company’s side.
• Applicable law requires the request to be considered.
• The Company voluntarily agrees to conduct an exceptional review.

Users should not wait until the final day where an issue can reasonably be reported earlier.

Practical Explanation:
The recorded first-task submission time is the reference point for the deadline. As a simple example, if a task is submitted on an operational Monday, the following operational days are normally counted according to the Company’s working schedule; a declared holiday or closed support day is not normally counted. The safest approach is to submit the complete request immediately after identifying the issue rather than relying on the final day. An incomplete message may not start processing until the required information is supplied.
A user may request a refund where:
• The user has completed the training process.
• The first assigned task has been genuinely completed and submitted.
• The request is submitted within three working days after the first-task submission.
• The user has experienced a genuine service-related issue.
• The user has attempted the service and determines that the work process is not suitable or understandable for them.
• The required payment and transaction details can be verified.
• The request does not involve fraud, abuse, false evidence, or an attempt to avoid the policy requirements.

Meeting these conditions allows the request to enter the refund-review process.

Submission of a request does not automatically mean that a refund has been approved. The Company may first verify eligibility, transaction details, task submission, timing, and supporting information.

Practical Explanation:
Eligibility means the request can be reviewed; it does not mean automatic approval. The Company still needs to confirm that the user completed the required service steps, reported a genuine issue on time, and supplied verifiable evidence. The explanation should identify what happened, when it happened, which instruction or service was affected, and what support was requested. Honest, specific, and consistent information allows the review to be completed more efficiently.
A separate review may apply where:
• The same payment was accidentally sent more than once.
• The user was charged twice for the same plan.
• An amount greater than the officially confirmed price was received.
• The payment was sent to the correct official account but contained a verifiable payment error.

Where a duplicate or incorrect payment is verified, the excess or duplicate amount may be refunded without applying the standard 20% service-cost deduction to that duplicate or excess amount.

The original valid registration payment will remain subject to the normal Refund Policy.

The user may be required to provide:
• Payment receipts.
• Transaction identification numbers.
• Account details.
• Screenshots.
• Payment dates.
• Any other reasonable information needed to verify the duplicate or incorrect transaction.

Practical Explanation:
A duplicate-payment review is different from a standard cancellation refund. The purpose is to correct a verified payment mistake, not to reverse the original valid registration-plan purchase. If two identical payments were sent for one plan, the extra payment may be returned without the normal service-cost deduction because no separate service was intended for that excess amount. Users should report the error promptly and provide both transaction records so the payments can be compared.
A refund request must be submitted through an official support channel currently made available by Online Jobs Provider.

Available support channels may include:
Email Support.
Live Support.
• Website support form.

The user must use the official contact information published or communicated by the Company.

Requests sent to:
• Personal staff accounts.
• Unofficial social-media accounts.
• Unauthorized agents.
• Third-party numbers.
• Unverified payment representatives.

may not be treated as valid refund requests.

The time at which a complete request is received through an official channel may be used to determine whether the three-working-day deadline was met.

Practical Explanation:
Using an official channel protects both the user and the Company by creating a traceable record. The request should clearly state that it is a refund request, identify the user and transaction, provide the first-task submission time, explain the issue, and attach the supporting evidence. The user should retain the sent message and any acknowledgement. A message to an unofficial person may not reach the refund team and may not count toward the deadline.
To allow the Company to review the request properly, the user should provide complete and accurate information.

The required information may include:
• Full name used during registration or communication.
• Registered mobile number.
• Payment account number or identifier.
• Selected registration plan.
• Amount paid.
• Payment date.
• Transaction identification number.
• Screenshot or receipt of payment.
• Date and time of the first-task submission.
• A clear explanation of the refund reason.
• Relevant screenshots or supporting evidence.
• Any communication reference connected with the issue.

An incomplete request may be placed on hold until the missing information is provided.

The refund-processing period may begin only after the Company receives the information reasonably required to verify the request.

Practical Explanation:
Complete information allows the Company to match the payment, account, task record, and communication history. Screenshots should be readable and should show relevant dates, transaction references, and account identifiers without unnecessary editing. The user should never provide a password, PIN, OTP, recovery code, or full secret credential; those details are not reasonably required for a refund review. If important information is missing, the request may remain on hold and the processing period may not begin.
Each refund request will be reviewed according to the conditions stated in this policy.

The Company may verify:
• Whether the payment was received.
• Whether the payment was made to an official payment account.
• Whether the training process was provided.
• Whether a first task was assigned.
• Whether the first task was genuinely submitted.
• Whether the request was submitted within three working days.
• Whether the submitted evidence is accurate.
• Whether the request involves suspicious, abusive, or contradictory information.

The Company may request additional clarification where necessary.

A refund may be declined where:
• Required conditions were not completed.
• The request was submitted after the deadline.
• Material information is false.
• Evidence has been altered.
• The payment cannot be verified.
• The request involves abuse or misrepresentation.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to apply the same eligibility rules consistently to all users.

Practical Explanation:
The review compares the user’s statement with available records. Minor questions may result in a request for clarification, while material contradictions, altered evidence, unverifiable payments, or missed deadlines may result in rejection. Users should respond accurately and promptly to reasonable verification requests. Consistent rules are intended to protect genuine users while preventing unauthorized claims, account substitution, duplicate recovery, and misuse of client or Company resources.
Where a standard refund is approved, 20% of the amount paid will be retained by Online Jobs Provider as a service cost.

The service-cost deduction covers resources that may already have been used, including:
• Payment verification.
• User onboarding.
• Training.
• Support.
• Work guidance.
• Operational handling.
• Project coordination.
• Task assignment.
• Administrative review.

The 20% service-cost deduction applies because the user has already received part of the purchased digital service before requesting a refund.

The deduction is calculated from the original amount paid by the user for the relevant registration plan.

Practical Explanation:
The 20% deduction is applied to the original registration amount for a standard approved refund because part of the digital service has already been delivered. It is not an additional charge collected after the refund request; it is the portion retained from the amount originally paid. The covered activities may have occurred at different stages, including payment checking, onboarding, training, guidance, support, assignment preparation, project coordination, and administrative review.
After the 20% service-cost deduction, the user will normally receive a refund equal to 80% of the original registration payment.

The standard calculation is:

Original Amount Paid − 20% Service Cost = 80% Refund Amount

Any non-refundable payment-provider charges may be deducted separately where applicable.

Such charges may include fees imposed by:
• Banks.
• Mobile-wallet providers.
• Easypaisa.
• JazzCash.
• Payment gateways.
• Transfer services.
• Other third-party payment providers.

Online Jobs Provider does not control charges independently imposed or retained by a third-party payment provider.

Where possible, the user may be informed of the expected refundable amount before the refund is processed.

Practical Explanation:
The normal Company-side result is 80% of the original registration payment after the 20% service-cost deduction. The amount that finally appears in the user’s account may be lower if a bank, wallet, gateway, or transfer provider retains a non-refundable fee. Those provider charges are separate from the Company’s service-cost calculation. The user may request an expected refund calculation before processing where the relevant provider information is available.
An approved refund will be sent only to the same account or payment source from which the original payment was received.

For example:
• A payment received from an Easypaisa account will normally be returned to the same Easypaisa account.
• A payment received from a JazzCash account will normally be returned to the same JazzCash account.
• A payment received from a bank account will normally be returned to the same bank account.

This requirement helps prevent:
• Unauthorized refund claims.
• Account-substitution fraud.
• Payment disputes.
• Refunds being sent to the wrong person.

The user may be asked to verify ownership of the original payment account.

An eligible and approved refund may take up to seven working days to review and process after the Company receives a complete request and all required information.

Additional time caused by a bank, mobile-wallet provider, payment gateway, public holiday, account restriction, or third-party settlement process will be outside the Company’s direct control.

Practical Explanation:
Returning funds to the original source helps confirm that the refund goes back to the payer and reduces fraud. A request to redirect the refund to a different account may be refused even when the user knows the alternate account holder. The 7-working-day period covers Company review and processing after a complete request is received; it does not guarantee the exact moment a third-party bank or wallet will display the credit. Account restrictions or settlement delays may extend the final receipt time.
A refund will not normally be provided where:
• The user has not submitted the first assigned task.
• The request is submitted after three working days from the first-task submission.
• The user expected guaranteed earnings or a guaranteed number of tasks.
• Work availability is temporarily lower than expected.
• The user does not have sufficient personal time to continue.
• The user changes their mind without meeting the eligibility requirements.
• The user fails to follow training or task instructions.
• The user submits false, altered, incomplete, or misleading evidence.
• The payment was sent to an unauthorized person or unofficial account.
• The user’s device, internet connection, or third-party application causes the issue.
• The user violates Company rules or project requirements.
• The request is abusive, fraudulent, repetitive, or intended to misuse the refund process.

The user may stop using the service at any time. However, cancellation or discontinuation of use does not automatically create refund eligibility.

Online Jobs Provider may update this policy when necessary due to:
• Operational changes.
• Service improvements.
• Payment-process changes.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Security requirements.
• Platform updates.

A revised policy will become effective when published with an updated effective date.

Changes will not be used to unfairly remove a refund right that had already become valid under the policy applicable to a completed transaction, unless required by applicable law.

Where any part of this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will apply to the extent of that conflict.

Practical Explanation:
Stopping participation and qualifying for a refund are separate matters. A user may cancel future use, but money is returned only when the refund conditions are satisfied. Reasons such as limited personal time, lower-than-expected work availability, device problems, income expectations, or a simple change of mind do not independently create eligibility. Policy updates normally apply from their published effective date and should not unfairly remove an already valid right connected with a completed transaction. Mandatory applicable law remains controlling where it conflicts with the policy.

Refund Process Timeline

Follow these steps in order. Missing the first-task requirement, the 3-working-day deadline, an official submission channel, or required evidence may delay the review or make the request ineligible.

01

Submit the Assigned Task

Complete the training, make a genuine attempt at the first assigned task, and submit the completed work through the instructed official channel. Keep the message, email, or dashboard timestamp as proof of submission.

02

Request Within 3 Working Days

The deadline starts after the recorded first-task submission. Send the request through an official support channel as early as possible; non-operational days and officially observed holidays are not normally counted as working days.

03

Provide the Required Details

Provide complete registration, payment, plan, transaction, first-task submission, and refund-reason details. Attach readable evidence so the Company can match the request with the correct user and transaction without avoidable delay.

04

Verification

The Company may verify the official payment account, training delivery, first-task assignment, genuine submission, deadline, supporting records, and consistency of the information provided. Additional clarification may be requested where necessary.

05

Refund Processing

After a complete request is verified and approved, the refund may take up to 7 working days for Company processing and will be returned to the original payment source. Bank, wallet, gateway, holiday, or settlement delays may take additional time.

Eligibility and Non-Refundable Cases

Eligibility is based on completed actions and verifiable records, not only on dissatisfaction or cancellation. The Company reviews whether training was provided, the first task was genuinely submitted, the request was on time, the payment is verifiable, and the evidence is complete and accurate.

Eligible for a Refund

  • Training has been completed and at least one assigned task has been genuinely completed and submitted through the instructed official channel.
  • The complete refund request reaches an official support channel within 3 working days after the recorded first-task submission.
  • Registration details, selected plan, amount, payment receipt, transaction ID, submission time, refund reason, and supporting evidence are complete and readable.
  • The official payment, training delivery, task assignment, genuine submission, deadline, and evidence can be verified without material contradiction.

Refund Will Not Be Provided

  • ×The request is received after the 3-working-day period and no verified Company-side delay, legal requirement, or approved exceptional review applies.
  • ×The user received training or a task but did not make and submit a genuine first-task attempt through the instructed channel.
  • ×Receipts, screenshots, dates, transaction details, submission evidence, or explanations are false, altered, incomplete, misleading, or materially inconsistent.
  • ×The request involves fraud, repeated abuse, an attempt to bypass requirements, an unofficial payment, policy violations, or a cancellation reason that does not create refund eligibility.

Refund Calculation

For a standard approved refund, the calculation starts with the original registration amount paid. The Company retains 20% for services already delivered, including verification, onboarding, training, guidance, support, administration, project coordination, and task assignment. The remaining 80% is the normal refund amount. Any fee independently retained by a bank, mobile wallet, transfer service, or payment gateway may be deducted separately and is outside the Company’s direct control.

Refund Request or Question?

Submit your request through Email Support or Live Support. Include the registration and transaction details needed to identify the request, together with the selected plan, amount paid, payment date, transaction ID, readable receipt, first-task submission date and time, clear refund reason, and relevant evidence. Keep the acknowledgement or ticket record. Never send a password, PIN, OTP, or other secret account credential.
