After you apply, you are redirected through the currently available support method, such as Live Support or Email Support.
The website does not intentionally save the submitted form text in its own database. Third-party services may apply their own policies.
After completion, quality review, client approval and receipt of client payment, 80% of the eligible task amount goes to the worker and 20% to the Company.
You are a task-based independent worker, not a permanent employee.
Available tasks are matched according to active client projects, relevant skills, quality standards, selected category and current capacity.
Eligible payout is processed after review, client approval and payment receipt.

These Terms apply to the use of the Online Jobs Provider website, subscription plans, training resources, support services, project communications, and task-based work opportunities.
The version published on the website with the latest stated update date will be considered the current version.
By accessing this website, selecting a subscription plan, completing a website form, continuing to Live Support Team, making a payment, accessing training, accepting a task, or using any Online Jobs Provider service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

“Worker” means an eligible subscriber who receives training, guidance, support, or consideration for available task-based projects.
“Subscription” or “Plan” means paid access to the services and benefits described before purchase.
“Client” means a direct client, agency, marketplace client, or another lawful project source from which the Company may receive work.
“Task” or “Project” means a specific piece of work offered to a Worker with separate instructions, requirements, deadlines, and payment terms.
“Approved Work” means submitted work that has been accepted under the applicable quality and Client requirements.
“Rejected Work” means submitted work that materially fails to meet the applicable instructions, deadline, quality, originality, or compliance requirements.
“Net Client Receipt” means the cleared amount actually received by the Company for approved work after expressly applicable marketplace fees, agency fees, payment-processing costs, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or currency-conversion costs.
“Working Day” means a normal business day in Pakistan, excluding public holidays.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to independently purchase or use a subscription.
By using the service, you confirm that:

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, phone number, selected plan, payment reference, task details, and payout account information.

Online Jobs Provider operates a paid subscription-based training, guidance, support, and task-facilitation platform.

A subscription is not the purchase of employment, a guaranteed job, a guaranteed task quota, or a guaranteed income opportunity.
Work availability depends on Client demand, Worker eligibility, skills, performance, project requirements, and operational availability.
Online Jobs Provider may facilitate lawful task-based opportunities in categories including:
Available categories may be added, limited, paused, renamed, or removed according to Client demand, operational requirements, applicable policies, and legal requirements.
Handwritten Document Preparation
Handwritten work may include the lawful preparation, copying, transcription, formatting, digitization, or organization of business records, notes, templates, forms, labels, practice material, or other authorized documents.
The service must not be used to:
Form-Filling Tasks
Form-filling work must involve accurate and authorized data processing.
It must not involve false applications, fabricated identities, unauthorized account creation, deceptive submissions, forged documents, or the misuse of personal information.
Phone-Based Tasks
Phone-based work must not involve harassment, impersonation, unlawful recording, deceptive sales claims, prohibited unsolicited communication, or misleading representation.
Every category must be performed according to applicable law, Client authorization, and the specific task instructions.
The Company may obtain lawful projects from direct Clients, independent agencies, online marketplaces, or other legitimate business sources.
The Company may:
The Company is not required to disclose confidential Client identities, contracts, marketplace accounts, account credentials, commercial rates, or sensitive project information.
The Company does not guarantee that every subscriber will receive every category of work or the same quantity of tasks.
Purchasing a subscription, receiving training, or completing tasks does not automatically make the User an employee, permanent staff member, agent, partner, franchisee, or legal representative of the Company.
Unless a separate written employment agreement is issued, Workers participate as independent task-based service providers.
The subscription does not include:
Workers may decide whether to accept an offered task, subject to their obligations after accepting it.
Nothing on the website, in an advertisement, or in an unofficial communication should be interpreted as a guaranteed employment offer.
Available subscription plans and current registration information will be displayed on the relevant plan page or confirmed through an official Company communication channel.
Users should review the current plan card and checkout information before registration and rely only on benefits that are expressly shown for the selected plan.
A User receives only the services and benefits expressly included in the selected plan and confirmed through the current registration flow.
Sample pages, demos, screenshots, training material, or examples do not create additional rights beyond the selected plan.
A subscription may provide training, guidance, support, work instructions, and eligibility to be considered for available tasks within the selected category.
A subscription does not guarantee:
Individual results may vary according to task availability, skills, accuracy, compliance, speed, reliability, Client approval, and other operational factors.
Users should purchase a plan only after reviewing its stated price, duration, benefits, and limitations.
The complete subscription fee and any mandatory charges will be disclosed before payment.
Users must pay only through a payment method or account officially confirmed by Online Jobs Provider.

Before making payment, the User must:
The Company will not impose undisclosed mandatory charges after the User purchases a plan.
Optional upgrades or additional services will require separate disclosure and User approval.
Bank, mobile-wallet, transfer, currency-conversion, or payment-processing charges imposed by third-party providers may apply where clearly disclosed.
Refund eligibility will be governed by the separate Refund Policy.
A subscription will normally be activated after:
Activation may take up to 14 minutes after successful verification.
The subscription begins on the activation date communicated by the Company, not necessarily on the date the User first visits the website or submits the form.
The Company may delay activation where:

A subscription remains active for the duration stated in the selected plan.
The User will be informed of the plan duration before payment.
Unless expressly stated and separately authorized, subscriptions do not renew automatically.
After a plan expires:

Plans are personal and may not be transferred, resold, shared, sublicensed, or assigned to another person without written permission from the Company.
Online Jobs Provider may provide training and support through the website, written instructions, Live Support Team, video, audio, documents, live sessions, or another announced communication channel.

Email Support normally responds within 1–24 hours during operating days, while Live Support normally responds within 15 minutes–1 hour. Complex cases may require additional review time.
Support provides reasonable assistance but does not guarantee task approval, continuous work, or a particular financial result.
Tasks are offered only when suitable Client work is available.
Task availability may vary according to:
The Company does not promise continuous work, daily tasks, a minimum task quantity, or a fixed waiting period.
Temporary or extended periods without available tasks do not automatically create a right to earnings, compensation, subscription extension, or refund unless the separate Refund Policy expressly provides otherwise.
The Company may allocate tasks according to reasonable operational and quality factors, including:
Task allocation is not necessarily first-come, first-served.
Different Workers may receive different tasks or task quantities based on legitimate project requirements.
No Worker has an automatic right to a particular Client, project, category, task quantity, or amount of work.
When a task is offered, the Worker must review its instructions, deadline, payment basis, quality requirements, and submission method before accepting it.
A Worker may decline a task before acceptance without being required to complete it.
After accepting a task, the Worker must make a reasonable effort to complete it according to the applicable requirements.
A Worker who cannot complete an accepted task must notify the Company as soon as reasonably possible.
Repeated task acceptance followed by unexplained abandonment, avoidable non-completion, or missed deadlines may reduce future task eligibility or result in suspension.
A task must not be transferred, shared, outsourced, or assigned to another person without written permission from the Company.
Each task may include separate written instructions covering:
The Worker must review the complete instructions before starting the task.
Where task-specific instructions conflict with general training material, the most recent written task instructions will apply, provided they do not conflict with applicable law or these Terms.
A deadline may be changed or extended only through written confirmation from an authorized Company representative.
Completed work must be submitted through the channel and in the format specified in the task instructions.
A submission is considered received only when it reaches the designated channel and can be opened, accessed, and reviewed.
The Worker is responsible for:
Sending a file or message does not automatically mean that the work has been approved.
Approval occurs only after the applicable quality and Client-review process.
The Company may review submitted work for:
A Client may also conduct an independent review.
Where correctable issues are identified, the Company may provide feedback and request revisions within a specified period.
Workers must complete reasonable corrections that remain within the original task scope.
Material requirements added outside the original scope should be separately communicated and, where appropriate, separately agreed.
The Company will not intentionally reject work without a legitimate task-related reason.
Where reasonably possible, the Worker will be informed of the material quality issue or unmet requirement.
Repeated errors may affect future task eligibility.
A task may be rejected, partially approved, or treated as incomplete where the Worker:
Payment is not due for rejected work unless a partial amount is expressly approved.
A Worker who believes a rejection was incorrect may request a review within 1 day after receiving the rejection notice.
The review request should include the task reference, submission evidence, relevant instructions, and a clear explanation.
Some tasks require final Client approval before the related Worker payment becomes payable.
The Worker understands that:
The Company will provide reasonable status information where it is available and may be disclosed.
The Company will not unreasonably withhold an approved Worker share after receiving cleared payment for the applicable approved work.
Where a Client does not pay the Company, the treatment of the Worker’s payment will follow the task-specific written terms and applicable law.
Unless a task notice clearly states a different written arrangement before acceptance, the Worker will receive 80% of the applicable Net Client Receipt, and the Company will retain 20%.
The Company’s 20% share supports services and operational activities including:
The 80/20 calculation applies only to work that has been approved and paid by the applicable Client.
Subscription fees are separate from task earnings.
The subscription fee will not be deducted from the Worker’s 80% share unless the Worker separately authorizes a clearly disclosed adjustment.
No minimum or fixed earning amount is guaranteed.
The Worker’s payout will be calculated using the applicable Net Client Receipt.
Net Client Receipt means the amount actually cleared to the Company for the Worker’s approved task after any expressly applicable:

The Company will not make undisclosed deductions.
Upon reasonable request, the Worker may ask for a payout calculation summary identifying:
Commercially sensitive Client information may remain confidential.
Approved Worker payouts will normally be processed within 1 Hour after:

Third-party transfer charges may apply where they are clearly disclosed.
The Worker is responsible for providing an active and accurate payout account held in the correct name.
The Company will not be responsible for delays caused by:
Failed payments will be investigated and reprocessed where reasonably appropriate.
Every Worker must:
Workers must not represent themselves as employees, managers, agents, or official spokespersons of Online Jobs Provider unless separately authorized in writing.
Users and Workers must not:
A violation may result in task rejection, restricted access, suspension, termination, withholding of genuinely disputed amounts, or lawful reporting to relevant parties.
Artificial-intelligence tools, browser automation, crawlers, bots, scripts, APIs, data-extraction tools, and similar technologies may be used only where the use is lawful, authorized by the Company or Client, permitted by the source platform, and allowed by the applicable task instructions.
Users and Workers must not:
Where AI-assisted work is permitted, the Worker remains responsible for the final output and must verify its accuracy, legality, originality, source rights, confidentiality, and compliance with the written task requirements. The Company may request disclosure of the tools used, source evidence, activity records, or human verification where reasonably necessary.
Google Ads and other third-party platform policies may change. Users and Workers must follow the current official rules that apply to their activity. A reference to Google or another platform does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or affiliation.
A violation may result in task rejection, removal of access, suspension, termination, non-payment for invalid or rejected activity, preservation of relevant evidence, or lawful reporting to the affected Client, platform, payment provider, or authority.
Client records, files, instructions, contact details, business information, account details, and unpublished project materials are confidential.
Workers must not copy, publish, sell, forward, display, disclose, or use confidential information except where necessary to complete the assigned task.
Confidential files must be securely deleted when instructed or when they are no longer reasonably required.
The Online Jobs Provider website name, logo, website design, written content, training material, graphics, procedures, and original resources remain the property of the Company or their respective licensors.
Unless a task notice states otherwise, rights in approved and paid task output may be assigned to the Company or applicable Client to the extent required for the project.
Workers must not publish Client work in a portfolio, advertisement, public group, or social-media account without written permission.
Confidentiality obligations continue after plan expiry, suspension, or termination.
The Company may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access where a User:
Where reasonably appropriate, the Company may provide notice and an opportunity to explain or correct the issue.
Immediate action may be taken in cases involving fraud, security threats, confidentiality breaches, unlawful activity, or material harm.
Termination does not remove obligations that already exist, including confidentiality, intellectual-property duties, valid payment obligations, or dispute provisions.
Approved Worker amounts actually received by the Company will remain payable, subject to genuine refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud investigations, or lawful deductions.

Third-Party Platforms
Live Support Team, Fiverr, Upwork, Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, agencies, marketplaces, and other named platforms are independent third parties.
References to these services describe possible communication, project-sourcing, or payment channels only.
The Company does not claim sponsorship, endorsement, ownership, official partnership, agency status, or affiliation with any third party unless that relationship is expressly stated and independently verifiable.
Third-party terms, privacy practices, fees, restrictions, account rules, and technical availability may apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

The Company may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, security, or service changes.
The updated version will display its applicable effective or last-updated date.

Changes will not be used to retroactively remove a payment already earned for approved work.
Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A delay in enforcing a right does not permanently waive that right.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, the selected plan description, task-specific written instructions, and linked policies constitute the complete agreement relating to the service.
Unofficial verbal promises, screenshots, social-media statements, or statements made by unauthorized persons do not modify the agreement.
